"I saw this little Bichon Frise when he was a 3 month old puppy, and immediately I came up with his name “Columbo P.I.” after first sight.

People have asked does he wear a trench coat, smoke a cigar, and have a glass eye like the movie actor Peter Falk. The answer is an emphatic “NO”, but “MAYBE” when I am not around. But he is the true Columbo P.I., super snoop, acts dumb when he already knows the answer, and is a mastered dog detective. He is a playful, sneaky (in a good way), and loving dog. He is persistent in getting what he wants whether it is a greenie, bone, bagel, or popcorn. He has trained me well. He is now 13 years of age, and is known at doggy day care as “Father Time”. He keeps all of the youngsters in line."
