Max is a 14 year old mutt who started a new life four years ago with owners Karen and Simon Cornish. They rescued him from Battersea Dogs Home, London, after his original owners could no longer look after him. Max has a wonderful life going to work everyday with Karen, playing with his tennis balls in the park and swimming at a special doggie pool once a week to help with his arthritis. Max loves sniffing flowers and then trampling on them, rolling on his back in the grass, a good scratch behind the ears, and of course a nice juicy bit of meat! Max doesn't like fireworks or loud beeping noises and he often smells strongly of popcorn. His owners are yet to find out why!
